Biography
Ms. Cisneros serves as the Deputy Director of Executive Services. She oversees the Public Affairs Department which coordinates community outreach and education programs. She provides executive level support to the General Manger/CEO and ensures Executive Services and Public Affairs remain aligned with the District’s Strategic Plan and goals. She also serves as the Clerk of the Board for: CVWD Financing Authority, Frontier Project Foundation, Cucamonga Public Facilities Corporation and as Recording Secretary for Fontana Union Water Company Board of Directors, a mutual water company that provides the District additional water rights. She also oversees Public Records Requests and serves as the Custodian of Records.
Prior to joining the Cucamonga Valley Water District in 2012, Ms. Cisneros worked in both the public and private sector. She has a Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation and is a Licensed Notary Public. She is also an active member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, the City Clerks Association of California, Association of Records Managers and Administrators and Public Relations Society of America.
