53. This will-serve letter initiates a preliminary assessment to determine which project specific improvements are necessary so that CVWD may provide service to the subject development. The preliminary assessment may require water and sewer studies to quantify project specific water demands and/or sewer generation and a subsequent hydraulic analysis to determine if sufficient capacity exists to meet the project needs. CVWD will use this information to determine which improvements are needed to provide service to the proposed development. Issuance of this will-serve letter by CVWD does not indicate any conditional acceptance of the proposed development.
