How does LBP work?
Your level payment amount is based on the cost of water used over the past year. It is calculated on the current rate. At the end of every averaged year, your statement will indicate any additional amount due or a credit.

What is a Level Billing Plan (LBP)?
LBP allows you to budget the cost of your water and sewer services into a fixed amount, no matter the season.

How much does it cost?
Like all of your other payment options, Cucamonga Valley Water District does not charge a fee for this service, and when combined with our E-Z Pay Program you never have to worry about your water and sewer bill again!

How do I sign up for LBP?
To sign up, just fill out the
authorization form
. You can also contact customer service at 909-944-6000 and our representatives will help you to sign up for LBP over the phone.

How does LBP work?
Your level payment amount is based on the cost of water used over the past year. It is calculated on the current rate. At the end of every averaged year, your statement will indicate any additional amount due or a credit.
5.
When will LBP take effect?
LBP takes effect the following billing cycle from when you sign up and remains in effect as long as you pay the amount billed. You may cancel your participation at any time. Once cancelled, any amount owed will immediately become due.
